Gov-Flip is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While we strive to ensure the extension functions reliably, we cannot guarantee it will be error-free or constantly compatible with all changes to GovDeals.com or third-party data sources.

2. Accuracy and Data Verification

Profit estimates provided by Gov-Flip are approximations based on publicly available eBay sold listing data and AI-assisted item identification. You are solely responsible for verifying item condition, model accuracy, and all financial calculations before placing any bids. Gov-Flip is a research aid, not financial advice.

3. Shipping and Condition Disclaimers

Profit calculations do not include freight, shipping, or pickup costs. Many GovDeals items require local pickup or freight shipping arrangements that can significantly impact profitability. Government surplus items are frequently sold "as-is" or "for parts only." Price comparisons may not perfectly reflect the condition of the item you are considering.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Gov-Flip or its creators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or the inability to use the extension, or from any purchasing decisions made based on information provided by the extension.

5. Future Subscription Terms

Gov-Flip is currently provided free of charge. If Gov-Flip becomes a paid service, specific terms regarding subscriptions, pricing, billing cycles, and refund policies will be made available and will govern your use of the paid features.
