1. As-Is Software

ProfitCook is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to ensure the software is working as expected, but we cannot guarantee it will be free of bugs or errors.

2. Financial Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your financial records and tax reporting. ProfitCook is a tool to help you with bookkeeping, but it is not a substitute for professional financial advice. Always verify the accuracy of the data and consult with a tax professional for your Etsy business.

3. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ProfitCook or its creators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or the inability to use the App.

4. Subscription Terms

ProfitCook is offered as a subscription, processed through Lemon Squeezy. Your subscription will automatically renew based on the plan you select unless canceled. You can manage your subscription at any time through your Lemon Squeezy account.

5. Refunds

Our refund policy is governed by the terms set forth by our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. Please refer to their policies for details on refunds. We encourage you to review all features before subscribing.
