1. As-Is Software

VinylSync for Discogs is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to ensure the software is working as expected, but we cannot guarantee it will be free of bugs or errors.

2. Tax Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your financial records and tax reporting. VinylSync is a tool to help you with bookkeeping, but it is not a substitute for professional financial advice. Always verify the accuracy of the data and consult with a tax professional.

3. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VinylSync or its creators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or the inability to use the App.

4. Subscription Terms

VinylSync for Discogs is offered as an annual subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew each year unless canceled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current annual billing period.

5. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital goods and the annual subscription model, we do not offer refunds for annual subscriptions once activated. Please utilize the free trial of 50 orders to confirm the software meets your needs before purchasing an annual subscription.
